Filter Cleaning

A filter cleaning should be done every 6 months. This is to ensure that your pool stays healthy and clean. The filter can become very dirty and cause the pump to push water at higher pressure through the filter. This will cause the filter material to be strained and will eventually cause it to break, resulting in unfiltered water returning to your pool.
